𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗦: 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡

Northwestern Visayan Colleges is home to thousands of students, many of whom are outstanding. NVCians excell mostly in everything—singing, dancing, and academics. However, these two students have particularly distinguished themselves in the world of pageantry.

Allysa Joy Salabante Justo and Precious Pearl Bansuli Galita are among the beauty and brain students of Northwestern Visayan Colleges. They are both taking up their bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and Secondary Education while being two of the 13 official candidates for Binibini ng Kalibo Ati-Atihan 2026.

According to Allysa, she started her pageantry journey recently, in 2023. Meanwhile, Precious, on the other hand, began hers way back in her elementary days.

Standing among the crowds, being the center of the spotlight, with your chin held high—it's not easy or simple. For many, it's turbulent inside—scary and nerve-wracking. This is one main reason why most people with potential don't even try. But our young beauty queens says...

"Dream High. Aspire to Inspire. " For Allysa, all people have the potential to be something without us knowing or expecting it.

On the other hand, one thing Precious could advise to young dreamers is, "Continue pursuing your dreams, but always remember to find balance and enjoy what you love to do."

As the reigning day draws near and the clock ticks closer to midnight, the two beauty queens are giving their all in preparation while simultaneously studying. When asked how they juggle everything, Allysa said...

"It's hard because I am new to pageantry, usually kase I am more focus on modeling. I think, time management and discipline is the key."

But for Precious, "For me, handling stress is simple. I would say that I just have a quiet moment, pray, and also ask for permission or guidance from my parents."

Although both of them differ in age as well as time when they start joining in beauty pageants; the two beauty queens united at heart when it comes to their driving force— their family.

For both of them, being one of the official candidates for Binibining Kalibo is their greatest accomplishment in life. It's an honor and a privilege for them to showcase the beauty they possess and to make a positive impact on the people around them.

Indeed, Allysa and Precious are among the HUWARANG NVCians who aren't afraid to go beyond. They're not just showcasing the skills and talents they have, but also representing the beauty that the Municipality of Kalibo embodies.
