The Office of Student Affairs successfully held its annual Two-Wave General Orientation on September 3, 2025, at the NVC CSQ Gymnasium. Carrying the theme “Building Excellence, Embracing NVC Spirit,” the event emphasized the institution’s dedication to nurturing academic growth and holistic student development.

The first wave of the orientation welcomed students from BSCRIM, FORENSIC, BCAED, BPED, BEED, and BSED. It featured welcome remarks from Executive Committee member John Joseph Quimpo, an introduction of the SSC by Vice President Chris Anthony Española, and an intermission number by Rovel May Almonguera (BSCS 3). The second wave followed, welcoming students from BACOMM, BSBA, BSCS, BSTM, and BSHM, and offering the same warm introduction to NVC’s resources, opportunities, and responsibilities.

Through this orientation, OSA reaffirmed its commitment to guiding and supporting students in both academic and co-curricular pursuits. The event emphasized shaping students into individuals prepared to thrive with unity, purpose, and confidence—not only within the classroom but also as future leaders beyond the walls of NVC.
